Charlie and his team have installed a new bathroom for us. Charlie organised everything and consulted us at every stage of the job. We always knew when he would be there and exactly what would be happening each day. All of his colleagues – electricians, plumbers, decorators, etc. – were professional. He made sure that everything was tidy and clean at the end of each day. He also advised us on what he thought would work in our tiny bathroom. We can’t recommend Charlie highly enough. Excellent work done quickly and expertly, and nothing was too much for him. Very personable chap too! He tiled a bathroom for us and it looks great. We had some special epoxy grout that we wanted him to use – as this was an unfamiliar product, he advised testing for staining on the tiles ahead of the project. He even planed the door for us to ensure it would fully open. We fully intend to get him round again for some larger projects.
